I had a flight at 8:30 in the evening. I boarded the plane at 11:00 at night. I missed my flight to Turkey because of the villager and you have to refund my money because I am the victim of this issue. And I slept at the airport until the morning and you did not help me in any way and I paid the flight fee and you have to refund my fee because I am the victim of this issue. I will have the necessary complaint lawyers with them because I was going to go to Istanbul on another plane and my plane ticket was burned and I could not go now. I landed in the Desert at 1:00 at night and my plane to Turkey took off at 12 at night. Such nonsense cannot happen. I am the victim but I am asking for your help in this issue. I paid about 3800 crowns.

Flight was cancelled, we had to wait for 3 hours in line with no food or info on what is happening, was then not given a hotel and was offered an alternative flight for the evening a day after as the only alternative and the lady at the counter could not guarantee that one will actually fly. Have tkaen the train back and spent 24h trying to get back home. Terrible, terrible service from Eurowings and will never ever use them again!
